I can vaguely remember my history teacher in grade school telling stories about the Vietnam war. So I had a preconception that the country in general is war-torn, tattered, and full of people afraid of marching soldiers. Pretty much like a war movie. I was wrong!
It wasn’t long ago that the I shot Sok and Jaden’s engagement. I was also asked to do the same for their small sweet November wedding. After 11 long years, on their 11th anniversary they finally tied the knot.
The rain season has started early this year. It has been raining everyday and as they say, when it rains, it pours. That is why I (almost) did the sun dance for one whole week before this engagement shoot.
What happened before the proposal was the engagement shoot at Arab Street, and after was another session at Gardens by the Bay.
I’ve shot quite a few engagement before and a couple of weddings, too. But never have I been asked to shoot a proposal. So I thought I’d share this first before the engagement shoot.
